Will these fit aftermarket plastics?
Our graphics are designed to fit the OEM (factory) plastics for the make, model, and year you select. Some aftermarket plastics closely match OEM dimensions, while others may differ slightly in shape or size. Because of these variations, we cannot guarantee an exact fit on all aftermarket plastics. If you're unsure about your plastics, contact us before ordering.
Will these fit my exact year and model?
Yes, as long as you select the correct make, model, and year when ordering. Our graphics are designed specifically for those OEM plastics. If you're unsure which model you have, contact us before placing your order.
Can I customize the colors or add my name and number?
Yes. Most of our graphics kits can be customized with your choice of colors, rider name, race number, sponsor logos (where applicable), and other design options. Check the product page for available customization options. If you do not see what you are looking for give us a call 256-229-4191
What material are the graphics made from?
We use premium, thick motocross-grade vinyl with a high-performance adhesive and a durable laminate designed to withstand mud, water, washing, and regular riding conditions.
Because this is not a wrap, but a graphics kit there are seem-lines. You will see the color of your plastics in the seem-lines as well as underneath the wheel wells or fenders. You want to choose a color that is the same or within the same tone so that it will blend with your plastics and not have the seem-lines stand out. You can see examples of this in our gallery. Do I need to remove the seat?
Yes, we recommend removing the seat. This gives you better access to the plastics and helps you properly wrap edges for the best appearance and long-term adhesion.
Should I remove the plastics from the vehicle?
Most of the time it's not required, but removing the plastics often makes installation easier, especially for larger pieces or complete graphics kits. It allows you to work on a flat surface and achieve better alignment.
How should I clean the plastics before installing graphics?
Wash the plastics thoroughly with soap and water to remove dirt and mud. After they're dry, wipe the entire surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove wax, grease, silicone, and other contaminants. The surface should be completely clean and dry before applying graphics.
Can I install graphics over old decals?
No. Old graphics should always be removed before installing new ones. Applying new graphics over old decals can cause poor adhesion, visible imperfections, and premature lifting.
How long should plastics warm before applying?
If your plastics have been stored in a cold garage or trailer, allow them to warm indoors for several hours before installation. Warm plastics improve adhesion and make the vinyl easier to work with.
What's the best temperature to install graphics?
The ideal installation temperature is between 70°F and 80°F (21°C–27°C). Avoid installing below 60°F (16°C) whenever possible. Warm plastics and warm graphics produce the best results.
How long does installation take?
Most first-time installers should allow 2–4 hours. Experienced installers can often complete a kit in 1–2 hours. Taking your time produces the best finished appearance.
What if I accidentally place a graphic in the wrong spot?
If you notice immediately, carefully lift and reposition the graphic before firmly pressing it into place. Avoid repeatedly removing and reapplying the same piece, as this can reduce adhesive performance. You can also use the wet method which is more forgiving. See video under installation instructions.
Do I need a heat gun?
A heat gun is highly recommended. Gentle heat helps the vinyl conform around curves and activates the adhesive, especially around edges and complex shapes. If you don't have a heat gun, a hair dryer may work, but it won't produce the same level of heat.
Can I wash my vehicle right away?
We recommend waiting at least 24 -48 hours before washing or riding. This allows the adhesive to fully bond to the plastics.
How long will the graphics last?
With proper installation and normal use, premium graphics can last for years. Actual lifespan depends on riding conditions, exposure to sunlight, storage, and maintenance.
Can I pressure wash my graphics?
Yes, but avoid holding the pressure washer nozzle directly against the edges of the graphics. Keep a reasonable distance and avoid concentrating high-pressure water on the seams.
Will the graphics fade?
Our graphics are laminated to help protect against UV exposure and normal wear. Like any outdoor product, extended exposure to sunlight over many years may eventually cause some fading.
How do I clean my graphics?
Wash with mild soap and water using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents that could damage the laminate.
Can I use wax or detailing products?
Most non-abrasive detailing products are safe, but avoid products containing strong petroleum solvents or aggressive chemicals that could affect the adhesive or finish.
How do I remove old graphics?
Use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently warm the graphic before peeling it away slowly at a diagonal. Any remaining adhesive can usually be removed with an adhesive remover that is safe for plastic surfaces.
Can I reuse graphics?
No. Once installed and removed, the adhesive is compromised and the vinyl may stretch, preventing proper reinstallation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturing issue, contact us promptly with photos so we can help resolve the problem.
What if I ordered the wrong model?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to update your order. Once custom graphics have been printed, changes or returns may not be possible.
