About Processing Time and Shipping Time

All of our graphics are printed, laminated and packaged after your order is placed, and may take up to 6 to 10 business days to produce, before shipping.  Please Note: If you select 2-Day or 3-Day Shipping Options, YOUR ORDER WILL STILL NOT SHIP UNTIL GRAPHICS ARE PRINTED AND PACKAGED.

Shipping Policies

All of our graphics kits are produced after ordering and may take 6-10 business days to manufacture. Once your order is ready to ship, regular shipping time is 1 to 7 business days (see below). You are always welcome to call or email our office with any questions you may have. International shipments subject to additional charges.


Regular Shipping

We ship most orders via Fed EX, or United States Postal Service. We are located in San Diego, California. Processing takes 6-10 days. Shipping time depends on your ship to, location. East Coast delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Midwest delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days, Northwest, will take approximately 2-4 business days and if you ship to California, Arizona or Nevada, your order will take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive.

International Shipping

There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. Invision Artworks is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Invision Artworks strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Invision Artworks cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of customs fees, handling fees, duties or taxes.

Return Policy

We do not do wraps. Our products are templated graphics kits. The differences between wraps and our graphics kits are; For durability and ease of installation, our material is much thicker (22mil). Wraps are usually around 3 to 6mil.

In addition our decal kits are made up of many pieces to fit specific models, so there will be small seems between the individual decal pieces, which is why WE STRONGLY SUGGEST CHOOSING THE SAME BACKGROUND COLOR AS THE COLOR OF YOUR VEHICLE.

Our graphics are similar to a wrap in that some of the non-featured art will misalign over some of the template intersections due to the 2-dimensional, template format in which the artwork is arranged, digitally.

There will be no refunds or returns on custom orders. You may only return graphics if they have a manufacturer defect. All sales are final. If you feel you made a mistake on your order or ordered the wrong one, you are able to exchange your graphics for another kit of same value; as long as the product is still packaged, in re-sellable condition and there was no customization done in any way to the color, design or template. All Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the retail value.

You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our sales office to return or cancel an order.

Order Cancellation

If you feel that you need to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours from the time you placed the order or you will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the retail value. If your order can not be stopped in time, and has already been shipped you will also be responsible for the return shipping price. You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our sales office to return or cancel an order.
